These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of checkyourgrade.comand the CheckYourGrade online presence grading service (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CheckYourGrade analyzes publicly available data about a business to produce a grade, report, and recommendations. Grades and recommendations are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for evaluating any action you take based on them.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• Submit businesses you do not own or have authorization to evaluate at scale.
• Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the Service or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls.
• Resell or rebrand the Service without a written agreement (see our agency program).

3. Your content

Anything you submit — business identifiers, contact details, messages — remains yours. You grant us a limited license to use that content to provide and improve the Service, respond to your inquiries, and operate our business.

4. Reports and recommendations

Reports are based on publicly available signals at the time of scanning. They are not a guarantee of any commercial outcome. AI-generated insights may contain errors or omissions; treat them as a starting point, not as professional advice.

5. Paid services

Done-for-you packages, ongoing management, and other paid services are governed by a separate engagement agreement. Pricing on the website is indicative and subject to change.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including the CheckYourGrade brand, scoring methodology, and report templates, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may share your own report freely; you may not republish other businesses’ reports as your own.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHECKYOURGRADE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
